What are your current lead times?

The answer to this question is updated on a weekly basis. Current production time is 6-7 weeks with an extra 7-14 days for shipping (depending on which part of Canada you live in). Our busiest times of the year are traditionally spring into early Summer and the beginning of Fall.

Can I pay extra to jump the queue?

No. Every order is processed fairly and in the order in which it is received. No preferential treatment over other customers is ever given to anyone.

What happens after I have placed my order online?

You will receive an automated email from our website confirming your order (If you have not received this email within two hours of placing your order please check your junk mail and then add our email address to your contacts). Within 24-48 hours you will receive another non-automated email, explaining the next steps and current time frame expectations. We will also confirm your contact phone number in the email and tell you which shipping Company you can expect to be hearing from when your order is ready for delivery. When your order is dispatched from the factory in Ontario, you will receive another email from us confirming this fact and informing you to expect a phone call from the shippers in the coming days. The shippers will then make direct contact with you using the same phone number you provided at time of ordering, to confirm your delivery date and time.

What delivery service can I expect?

The delivery service offered is to curb side only. There is no placement of products into specific rooms nor any set up services offered. Please view our terms and conditions for more in depth information.

When I input my address it does not offer a delivery service and I can’t complete the check-out, why?

What are your delivery fees?

We are currently offering FREE delivery on all orders over $1000 (before taxes) to most major Canadian cities. Anything ordered with a value of under $1000 (before taxes) will have a flat $250 delivery fee charge.

Which areas can you not deliver to?

We are not able to deliver to Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Vancouver Island and any addresses outside of Canada.

How easy are your bunk / loft beds to assemble?

Easy. This is not disposable IKEA furniture! This is properly made furniture using solid wood with the major components already assembled for you. The average bunk bed should take two people 40-60 minutes from start to finish. It is a matter of attaching the pre-assembled end pieces to the pre-assembled side rails and placing and screwing down the slats.

Are your bunk /loft beds suitable for adult use?

Yes. Each level of the bunk/loft bed has a weight capacity of 450 lbs (including the mattress).

What are your return policies?

In the very unlikely event I need to activate the warranty, what is the procedure?

All of our bunk and loft beds come with life time warranties for the original owner and for as long as the original owner owns them. Take detailed photos of the issue you are encountering and email them to admin@canadabunkbeds.com along with a full description and a copy of your invoice. When taking photos and writing your description, imagine that you are trying to explain to someone who has never seen a bunk/loft bed before what your problem is. We aim to address all concerns by email within 24-48 hours (or less) of receiving them.
