Jasmine mattresses come with a 10-year pro-rated warranty that covers manufacturing defects. However, it’s important to note that this warranty is not a comfort guarantee.
Here’s how the pro-rated warranty works:
- First Year: During the first year, any defects in material or workmanship are repaired free of charge.
- After the First Year: After the initial year, a percentage of use charges will be applied for any servicing needs. For instance, if a mattress requires repair under the 10-year warranty after 3 years, you’ll be charged 30% of the list price. This calculation is based on the proportion of time used (3 out of 10 years).
Also keep in mind that due to sanitary reasons, mattresses are not returnable.
