Mission style Twin loft bed with a removable ladder. The mission style comes in both standard height and a TALL version (+ 8″). Made in Canada with a life time warranty for as long as you own them. 450lb weight capacity.
Description
Mission bunk beds include a removable ladder that can be used on the front or ends of the bed. A full length rear guardrail and a removable front guardrail are included. Options include a taller version to allow 8” more headroom under the bed for comfortable seating. 450lb weight capacity and a life time warranty.
Height Versions:
This model is available in two height versions;
Standard height : When using an 8-inch-thick mattress (recommended), the top of the bed will be 57 inches above the floor. Space under the top bed will be 46 inches.
Tall Version: When using an 8 inch thick mattress (recommended), the top of the bed will be 65 inches above the floor. Space under the top bed will be 54 inches.

Frame: Solid kiln dried, Southern Yellow Pine
Mattress base: Solid kiln dried, Southern Yellow Pine slats x 9 – Foundation is not required
Loft beds are like bunk beds, but they’re missing the lower front part and the slats. Because of this, they’re not as rigid as regular bunk beds. So please expect them to have some movement.
This loft bed may also be converted into a Twin over Twin bunk bed in the future if ever needed, with the additional purchasing of a side rail and slats.

The ladder will extend 18″ from the front or end of the regular height loft bed and 20″ from the front or end of the tall model.

Warranty:
A life time warranty is included in your purchase. Our bunk and loft beds will have natural gaps and cracks, but will never fall apart for as long as you own them! Shipping charges for replacement parts are included during your first year of ownership. Foam, fabric and mechanisms (non-wood parts) are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. As most mills do not guarantee their fabric we will not be held responsible for wear or fading of our product’s fabric. This guarantee is limited to the original purchaser & limited to furniture used indoors under normal residential conditions only. Your invoice is your proof of purchase.
