Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days after receipt of items. If 3 days have passed since you received the items, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also still be in the original packaging that has not been opened or re-taped.

Prior to shipping your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the product still in its original packaging, to be emailed to admin@canadabunkbeds.com for approval.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will supply our Kelowna BC shipping address in reply to your email requesting a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

i) Orders cancelled prior to shipping and not yet in production. A fee of 5% will be charged to cover expenses, e.g. Non-returnable payment processing fees, etc.

ii) Orders cancelled prior to shipping but already in production. A fee of 50% will be charged to cover expenses. We still have to accept this item from the manufacturer and pay for shipping, even if you are not taking it.

iii) Orders cancelled after being shipped. A fee of 50% will be charged as well as the return shipping charges. Orders which have been received are only returnable if unopened and in their originally packaging that still has its factory sealing in place. Opened and re-taped boxes are not returnable. These orders are to be shipped to our Kelowna warehouse.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded and are fully non-returnable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If this is the case and you need to exchange it for a replacement, send us an email at admin@canadbunkbeds.com

Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact us via email at admin@canadabunkbeds.com for the address in Kelowna BC to ship it to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
